How long will the entire ordering process take from order submission to delivery? 

We will do our best to deliver your product as fast as possible, depending on your location.

USA, Canada, UK, Australia:  6-13 days (expect a slight delay due to COVID)

Other European Countries:  up to 20 days

New Zealand:  2-4 weeks and will come back to normal after this COVID

After submitting your order, what's next?

- Our staff will manually review all orders of that day. The order review will take within 24 hours. It includes checking all customer's info, shipping address, spelling errors, missing street number or other details, etc. Within this period, cancellation is still possible.

- After the order review, all orders of that day will be fulfilled. It includes packaging, sorting, and dispatching. In this stage, NO CANCELLATION is accepted.

- The delivery will be handled by USPS for US orders, CANADA POST for Canadian orders, AUS POST for Australian orders, and other services depending on your location and the fastest available service in your country.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way!  Packages may face delays beyond our control such as postal delays.
